We currently ship across Pakistan only.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You will receive a confirmation call or message once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery time
Domestic orders within Pakistan are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your city and courier availability. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and will be clearly shown before you confirm your order.

Payment on delivery
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the provided delivery address.

Order tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will share tracking details (where available) via the phone number or email provided at checkout.

Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Additional charges may apply if redelivery is required.

Damaged or lost packages
